Depending on your order, products listed on NappyBags.com are shipped from both local Australian or international suppliers, usually within 1 to 3 days. Because select products are sent directly from our international partners, shipping time may take a little longer (eg. 2 - 3 weeks). Most orders come with tracking, so you'll be able to keep an eye on arrival. If you are concerned about your item, please email us at support@nappybags.com. Note: If you're order contains multiple items, it may be sent in separate packages.

Rest assure, all purchases from NappyBags.com are backed by our "HappyBag" guarantee (love your nappy bag or return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange).

If on the rare occasion you are unhappy with your item, or would like to request a refund or exchange, please email within 30 days to: support@nappybags.com and send your item to: NappyBags.com, 4 Falmouth St, HAWTHORN, ACT, 3122, Australia. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please send through your receipt or proof of purchase.
